Return Policy

We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase.

What is your return policy?
We accept unused items purchased exclusively from Bubblegum Shoes that are received by us within 30 days of your order date.
For us to process your return, we must receive your item(s) within 30 days of your order date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
Yes! You have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please email us and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange.
An exchange also requires a return of the original order, so feel free to follow the instructions on how to process a return.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date, however it could take up to 10 days for your refund to reach your banking institution. A Paypal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.

Which items are non-returnable?
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How do I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she be notified about your return.

For an exchange, the time for a new product to reach you may vary based on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
